- KO plasmid and KO construct plasmid have the same definition. ---- Aren't they both same?
- KO plasmid appears twice, once under the I's and once under the K's
- Definition of "protein group number" uses the term "protein group" but "protein group" is never defined. ---This is a good point. Can you please add a little more details on this and hybridization as you mention below?
- Definition of "hybridization" uses the terms "microarray" and "Southern blot" but the terms "microarray" and "Southern blot" are never defined.
- Definition of labelling refers to radioactive marker, but we often use fluorescent and chemoluminescent labeling/detection methods. Perhaps just "detectable marker" would be better. -- This definition is revised. Please take a look and let us know if that is OK.
