- KO plasmid and KO construct plasmid have the same definition.
Aren't they both same?
- KO plasmid appears twice, once under the I's and once under the K's
- Definition of "protein group number" uses the term "protein group" but "protein group" is never defined.
- Definition of "hybridization" uses the terms "microarray" and "Southern blot" but the terms "microarray" and "Southern blot" are never defined.
- Definition of labelling refers to radioactive marker, but we often use fluorescent and chemoluminescent labeling/detection methods. Perhaps just "detectable marker" would be better.
- The definition of "kinetoplast position" uses the terms kinetoplast and nucleus, but these are not defined even in the other ontologies.
