KO plasmid and KO construct plasmid have the same definition.

KO plasmid appears twice, once under the I's and once under the K's

Definition of "protein group number" uses the term "protein group" but "protein group" is never defined.

Definition of "hybridization" uses the terms "microarray" and "Southern blot" but the terms "microarray" and "Southern blot" are never defined.

Definition of labelling refers to radioactive marker, but we often use fluorescent and chemoluminescent labeling/detection methods. Perhaps just "detectable marker" would be better.

The definition of "kinetoplast position" uses the terms kinetoplast and nucleus, but these are not defined even in the other ontologies.
